Final Project - Due by Friday 6/19

After viewing the Integration powerpoint, Unit O, your final project will incorporate the concepts learned all quarter, as well as some integration. 
 
Here's your senerio!
 
You're Graduating from college, and are planning a party for yourself and 10 of your closest friends and family.  You have received $3,000 to spend on your party, but you have to keep a budget, and keep it under that budget. 
Your expenses should be real. For example, if you buy plastic plates for 10 people, they'll likely cost 3 bucks, unless you go to the dollar store. :-)
 
What will you do? Will you go somewhere (remember that you have a budget)? Hire a caterer? Hire a band? Get creative!
 
So, you have to decide what you're going to do for your party. Who to invite and what expenses you're going to incur, then... 
 
1. Create your invite in Word - leave room for mail merging your contacts from Access.
2. Create your budget  in Excel and track all of your expenses.
3. Put your friends and their contact information into Access.
4. Do a mail merge from Access into your invite in Word to invite your family and friends to your party.
4. Create a Powerpoint presentation to show me what you did for your party. Make sure you add pictures and make me believe what you did. This might take some ingenuity.
5. Lastly, create a memo to me, and dump your excel spreadsheet into it, telling me all of your expenses, and how much you enjoyed your graduation party.
