Classroom Types (defined)

  1. GENERAL PURPOSE (GP)
    Any classroom setup for instruction without specialized equipment
     
  2. LAB  (Computer = CLAB, Science = SLAB, Other = OLAB)
    Any classroom containing specialized equipment, set up in such a manner that various types instruction could also use the room. (Computer labs, Science Labs, etc.)
     
  3. SPECIAL INSTRUCTION SPACES (SIS)
    Any classroom that by design and type of equipment involved can only be used for a specific purpose.
    (Airplane hangers, Auto bays, Kitchens, etc.)
     
  4. EXCLUSIONS (EXCLU)
    This does not include the Machine Shop, slassrooms converted to offices (RAH202) and classrooms dedicated to exclusive use (Tutoring Center, MAST, TLC)
